Handling Time

We have a maximum 1 day handling time. All orders are dispatched on the same day for orders received before 3.00pm Mon-Sun.

Shipping Time & Tracking

All orders are dispatched via express postage with a 1-3 day delivery time, and you will be supplied with a SwissShip tracking number. This will enable you to check the status of your order.

Postage & Packaging Charges

  • UK: We offer free express shipping for all of our orders.
  • International: We currently do not ship outside of the UK.

Import Duty and VAT

The prices payable for goods as set out in the web site are inclusive of VAT and shipping/handling costs for UK buyers.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If your product is returned to us unopened within 14 days of delivery we will refund the amount charged minus shipping fees. We advise you to obtain a tracking code from your local post office so we can track your return. We regret that no refunds will be given on products already opened or for lost packages that we do not receive.

Non-Receipt of Order Policy

DELIVERED ACCORDING TO TRACKING: If the address included meets the conditions below and the order is marked as delivered according to the tracking but the customer has not received their goods, they will need to contact us. If it is not possible to locate the package we will provide refund or replacement items.

UNDELIVERED ACCORDING TO TRACKING: If the address included meets the conditions below and the order is not marked as delivered according to the tracking and after 10 working days from the date of placing the order the customer has not received their goods, they will need to contact us. If it is not possible to locate the package we will provide refund or replacement items.

ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS: The customer is responsible for the correct input of an address at which someone will be available to receive delivery of the order. If an incomplete or wrong address is provided, or an address at which there is no possibility to accept delivery, no refund can be provided.
