I bought NMN after reading about the possible benefits of improving aerobic capacity and thought it would be a good complement to my training. I'd also read about the possible anti-aging benefits, improvements to sleep and increased energy. So far, I haven't noticed any significant improvements to my aerobic capacity, sleep or energy - but I've never had any particular issues with energy or sleep prior to taking NMN anyway and my aerobic capacity is already a good standard. The one thing I have noticed that has significantly improved is my skin - it feels plump and glowing! I will continue to take NMN and monitor the effects over more months. Better than expected

Bought these to try after hearing the hype but after 2 weeks of taking them I have to admit I do feel alot less tired and certainly noticed my energy levels have risen a fair bit.. Plus I don't normally sleep very well but have had full nights sleep for the last week which couped with the better energy levels has really made a significant difference
